- Product Guarantee: Lalitpur Sunpower provides a 7-year guarantee on all our products except Panel Glass & Heating Element(Rod).
- Product Descriptions: Lalitpur Sunpower aim to provide genuine product descriptions on our website and in our promotional materials.
- Shipping and Delivery: Lalitpur Sunpower will ship products to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, with free Delivery Costs within Kathmandu and Pokhara valley. Delivery charges will be applied outside Kathmandu and Pokhara Valley. ..
- Payment Terms: According to our understanding, payments for products purchased from Lalitpur Sunpower must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payment by cash, check, or Digital Wallet.
- Guarantee Policy: Within our guarantee period customers are not allowed to Repair or Maintenence by other technicians. Otherwise, The guarantee may not be covered under any conditions.
